Placing an order with www.lujofashion.co.uk automatically confirms you have read and agreed to these terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms please do not place an order. Please print and retain a copy for your future reference.
Ordering and Delivery
Firstly choose your products online and add them to your shopping basket. You are able at any time to view the contents of your basket and amend quantities or remove items completely. Once you have finished shopping please proceed to the checkout where you will be asked for your delivery and payment details.
Lujo Fashion is a MONEYBOOKERS, PAYPAL and GOOGLE CHECKOUT verified business account. We accept all the major debit and credit cards which are processed safely and securely through the MoneyBookers, PayPal or Google checkout gateway. All payments are authorised at point of purchase and will appear on your statement a few days later as MR M A WOOD and MRS J E WOOD. (trading as LUJO FASHION).
Orders may also be placed by e-mail or on-line then paid for over the telephone. Simply select the telephone payment option when when checking out on-line. This allows for your order to be processed onto our system but not paid via the gateway. You will be required to provide your card details, billing address and delivery address (if different).
Payment is always required before an order is processed.
We use 128-bit encrypted and Secure Socket Layers (SSL) in all areas where customers personal data is required. (This is symbolised by the padlock or solid key in these areas) We do not retain or store any payment / card details disclosed to us via payment.
You may make payment by direct bank transfer to our bank account at HSBC. (Details on payment screen)
Payments accepted by cheque made payable to LUJO FASHION. Please note goods will not be dispatched until cheques have cleared so please allow for this added delay.
Once you have placed your online order, Lujo Fashion will send you a confirmation email showing your order details and unique order number. If you have any questions about your order please send an email to: sales@lujofashion.co.uk.
Estimated UK delivery times are typically: 3 to 7 working days with some exceptions as listed below:
- Sunglasses / Ski goggles / Watches: 2 - 3 working days
- Lingerie / Designer Items (Fancy Dress / Designer Swimwear / Pleaser Shoes/ Handbags/ UV Clubwear): Can be up to 10 - 12 working days*
* PLEASE NOTE: Some designer items may have to be ordered in from the USA, we place our orders weekly for these items.
This delivery estimate should be used as a guideline and although typical, is not guaranteed. Where items in your order have different estimated delivery times we may ship your order in a number of packages to ensure the quickest delivery.
STOCK AVAILABILITY:
Our website is kept up to date with our stock position, but stock outs can happen especially at the busiest times of year (Halloween / Christmas etc). If we are unable to supply the item you require, we apologise but will contact you to advise and offer a suitable alternative or refund.
We are physically unable to hold all lingerie/fancy dress/UV clubwear ranges in all colours/sizes, any items not held by us are ordered from our wholesalers who replenish their own stock supply directly from the manufacturers weekly. Some of these products have to be imported from USA / Europe and are therefore subject to UK Custom & Excise requirements which may at times add a small (1 - 2 day) delay to delivery.
We ship most products worldwide. Shipping costs:
- UK Delivery Signed For (up to 2 items) £4.95.
- UK Delivery Signed For (3+ items) £6.95.
- Europe (1 item) £11.95.
- Europe (2 - 3 items) £16.95.
- Europe (4 items) £21.95
- Rest of the World (1 item) £18.95
- Rest of the World (2 items) £28.95
Clubwear sold in sets count as one item for above calculations
If the shipping cost of overseas orders is signifcantly higher than this we reserve the right to amend the delivery charge accordingly but will in all cases e-mail first to confirm. If you wish to purchase larger quantities than shown please e-mail first for a shipping quote. Payment of any excess shipping will need to be made before the order is processed.
Please note that for International / Overseas orders, the customer is responsible for any Tax / Import charges that may be imposed by their own country.
The above prices are subject to change at any time. Delivery is subject to stock availability, we will contact you if there are any stock shortages for you to choose either refund or an alternative product.
A signature will be required on receipt. Please ensure that there will be someone at the given address to accept delivery. You may provide an alternative address eg. a place of work. If your order is returned to us as undelivered after resonable attempts being made we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery. For orders sent using Royal Mail, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery (e.g. adverse weather/industrial action/national holidays) once orders have been dispatched.

Returns Policy
At Lujo Fashion our desire is to provide you with only the highest quality products and services and want you to be 100% satisfied every time you shop with us. We intend to make certain that your questions, concerns or returns are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please feel free to contact us at: sales@lujofashion.co.uk
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, if for any reason# you are unhappy with your purchase you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days from receipt and return within a further 10 working days. We will refund the value of the goods plus original p&p if applicable* within 30 working days of being notified of cancellation or return. Customers are obliged under statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods and we request the goods being returned are unused, unwashed and not damaged. If the customer has not taken reasonable care of the goods or they are not received back within the time specifications then we have the right to claim for a breach of the statutory duty.
*Please note this does not include the cost of the return postage and packaging.
#In the case of personalised products or any item that has been made to your own specification, we regret that we are unable to provide a refund on these items. Such items are excluded from the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000. If you are in any doubt about placing an order for a personalised product then please contact us and we will be glad to assist you and provide further details.
To return goods you need to notify us within 7 days from receipt in writing or by e-mail advising of intention to return and requesting a returns form (E-mail returns@lujofashion.co.uk to request via email). You need to enclose the form with the goods you are returning and post back to us. We will start the process of the refund or arrange to get a replacement item mailed to you if it is an exchange. Please note exchange items will incur a new p&p fee as this is charged to us by our carriers.
Please note the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we suggest that you send the package using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. eg. Royal Mail recorded delivery.
We are under no obligation to collect or recover goods from you but if we have to, our costs will be payable by you and will be deducted from any refund due.
If you need to return shoes or boots please do not damage, write on or mark the box.
Faulty or wrong item
Please inspect your goods thoroughly before wear and if any items are damaged or are not what you originally ordered, please notify us in writing or e-mail WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ACCEPTING DELIVERY stating the exact nature of the fault. Once you have contacted us please return the goods to us within 10 days in their original unused condition with the completed returns form (E-mail returns@lujofashion.co.uk to request a copy via email ), and we will arrange to either exchange them or provide a full refund including your original and return postage: If you have any queries or concerns regarding returns please contact us at: returns@lujofashion.co.uk
